Cancellation Policy

A card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment, if you wish to pay with a different method that is always an option. I ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. The booking website will only allow you to modify your appointment if it's within the 24 hour window. If you do not cancel within the 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service total. No call, no shows are charged 100% of the service total. If the card on file is declined for the service total, you will be unable to book any future appointments until it's paid. If you are any more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no show and will be charged the no show fee. Please communicate with me via text if you are running behind and I will try to accommodate you but may have to reschedule your appointment for a future date.
